Repair Checklist

Things to check before sending in for repair.

Make sure all cables ( Power, VGA or HDMI) is not faulty (Swap cables with other working devices).
Make sure projector lens is not obscured by the lens cover .
Lightly clean projector lens with glass cleaner to make sure external dust is not causing any distorted image.
If using an amplifier or KVM switches, make sure the device is working and that the correct setting is enabled.
Check if lamp cover is loose.
Make sure projector is operated in a well ventilated area and not on for more than 8 hours continuously.
Check source connection and resolution if no signal detected or image is blur.
