What Would You Like to Know?

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Shipping is complimentary within West Malaysia. East Malaysia shipping varies based on goods dimensions and weight, kindly contact us for a quote.

DO YOU PROVIDE CASH ON DELIVERY OR PAYMENT TERMS?

We provide cash on delivery for customers within the Klang Valley. Kindly contact us for more information.

HOW LONG IS DELIVERY?

All goods by Infinite IT will be shipped out within 1-3 business days (excluding Public holidays and weekends). Depending on your local courier, customers will be able to receive their goods within 2-5 working days from the date or order.

WHICH COURIER YOU USE?

We mainly use Poslaju, Ninjavan, DHL and Pgeon for local deliveries. However, this may change from time to time. Kindly check your email once order is confirmed for tracking details.

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM ORDER?

There is no minimum order.

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

Returns are only accepted if the goods delivered are faulty due to Manufacturing defects. No refunds are allowed. Only exchange.

 

Note: We will not be held liable in the event goods are damaged during shipment or used incorrectly. For shipment related damages, kindly contact your local courier for insurance claims.

HOW DO I CLAIM FOR WARRANTY?

We provided one for one exchange for all goods under warranty. To check if your item is still eligible for warranty claims, kindly email us or fill up the contact us form.

ARE YOUR PROJECTOR LAMP ORIGINAL?

We strive to provide only the best quality to our customers by selling only genuine projector bulbs. Depending on parts availability, the housing and packaging of the lamp may be OEM due to the lamp being obsolete or out of production. This does not in any way affect the quality or lifespan of the bulb.
